Renaissance Land is established to acquire and remediate Brownfield land, alone or in risk-sharing partnerships. We consider any land or property that has been previously used and may now be vacant, derelict or contaminated, or land that is currently used where the user faces issues arising from the possible contamination of their site.

The company is a member of the Blackwell Group, a multi-disciplined construction company that operates nationally on a divisional basis with each division having equal access to resources and support systems. The Group’s capabilities include earthmoving, civil engineering, land remediation and soil improvement.

We work with owners or developers of Brownfield land to help them to create solutions to issues arising from their ownership. Our approach is flexible and can be tailored to individual circumstances. We consider all options, including:

  • Purchasing sites anywhere in mainland UK, ideally with a site area of more than 1 acre
  • Joint ventures – investing our money and expertise to add value
  • Purchase and Leaseback – to release capital for business wishing to relocate from contaminated sites
We consider vacant or occupied sites, cleared or with existing buildings and are prepared to purchase unconditionally. We have secured funds set aside for appropriate investment.
