Remediation
Blackwell Remediation Division undertakes projects whose aim is to convert despoiled land into land for beneficial use. Blackwell Remediation has the knowledge and capability to manage the multitude of processes necessary to deliver a remediated site to the exacting standards required using its own resources or its specialist remediation subsidiary HBR.
Earthmoving
During the past 50 years of operations in motorway, rail, airport, reservoir and restoration contracts, Blackwell Earthmoving Division has established a reputation as a highly professional organisation producing consistently high quality workmanship.
Geotechnical
The technology of soils improvement on marginal development sites takes several forms but in general terms, involves an increase in the basic shear strength of the soils strata. Blackwell Geotechnical Division has experience and in-house resources for many methods of soil improvement.
Civil Engineering
Blackwell Civil Engineering undertakes construction from foundation to structure and the surrounding highway works, new roads, drainage, servicing, car parks, hard and soft landscaping.
Development and Planning
Renaissance Land undertakes property development across a wide range of end uses, including the residential, commercial, industrial and leisure sectors. All residential development is carried out through our Zurich Registered house building subsidiary, Airevale Homes.
