Upperreach, Leeds

Renaissance Land purchased this 13 acre former dye-works site in 2005 and using group resources, carried out the associated demolition and soil remediation works.

We secured planning for 120 residential units and are currently in the process of building and marketing the units under our Zurich registered house building subsidiary company Airevale Homes.

Llanelli Gate, Carmarthenshire

Llanelli Gate is a joint venture between C A Blackwell and the Welsh Assembly Government. Renaissance Land manages this venture on behalf of C A Blackwell.

The joint venture team has brought forward the 46 acre site for development by the creation of development platforms and the provision of infrastructure. Along the way, we have dealt with issues such as shallow mine workings and flood mitigation measures.

Planning consents have been obtained for employment, hotel and public house end uses.
