Castle Point, Fauld, StaffordshireRenaissance Land purchased 7 acres of land and obtained planning consent for B1, B2 and B8 land uses. The site was divided to form new development platforms with infrastructure and freehold plots were sold on the open market.
Renaissance Land also acquired additional land in order to create a new access road into the development, thus improving the overall viability of the scheme.
7 Appleton Court, Wakefield
Working on behalf of C A Blackwell, Renaissance Land was commissioned to identify a suitable location for the group’s Northern Regional office.
After carrying out an extensive search, Renaissance Land shortlisted the available options and reported with recommendations, area specific information, valuations and appraisals.
Renaissance Land carried out the subsequent negotiations on behalf of C A Blackwell and secured a 999 year lease upon the property.
Min Yr Afon, Dafen
Whilst carrying out management duties at Glyngwernen Farm in Dafen, Renaissance Land identified an opportunity to acquire Min Yr Afon, a residential property with a large garden. This acquisition presented a number of opportunities and options for the adjacent landowner and Renaissance Land was instructed to carry out the acquisition.
The house is currently let out on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement, whilst plans are formulated for the longer term prospects of both the house itself and the wider land block.
Glyngwernen Farm Land and Adjacent Property, Carmarthenshire
In response to Carmarthenshire County Council’s ‘call for sites’ for consideration for inclusion within the new Development Plan, Renaissance Land compiled a candidate site submission on the land and adjacent properties at Glyngwernen Farm.
Renaissance Land has carried out a number of similar submissions on other parcels of land across the United Kingdom, where Local Authorities are in the process of producing Local Development Frameworks.
3G Mobile Telecommunication Infrastructure Roll Out across Norfolk and Suffolk
Working as an external consultant to Pico Consultants Ltd, Renaissance Land assisted in identifying, obtaining planning and acquiring a number of sites within the counties of Norfolk and Suffolk for mobile telecommunication installations on behalf of Vodafone.
Constitution Hill, Dudley
Renaissance Land was instructed by Dudley MBC to carry out a qualified desktop appraisal in respect of land formerly occupied by a gasworks which the council were seeking to acquire. We provided an explanation of the current physical status of the site to assist in the understanding of the liability Dudley MBC would inherit on acquisition of the site and further recommendations to safeguard and improve the Council’s position in respect of future development potential.
